Terroir: rocky / clay
Maturation: All Guido Marsella's wines are sold at least 18 months after harvest, because the principle is to let the must in vats to mature naturally in all characteristics, without force, in order to allow the wine after bottling if stored at a constant temperature, lasts for over 10 years.
Bottling: Isobaric after filtration.
Description: 0.75 lt bottle, 14% vol.
Serving temperature: 45–48 degrees F.
Pairing: excellent aperitif or equally good with any type of seafood.
